I added four rows for a total of 30 which caused some of the other numbers to change. I worked three links instead of two for the arms and skipped only two stitches under the arms. I also decreased the start chain from 8 to 7 and did a row of scallops on the bottom and added a row of ruffles across the unused loops and the edges of the sleeves.
