Making this for my 3-year-old nephew’s baby doll. He specifically requested that I knit some clothes for his naked baby.
12/4: Using super small needles borrowed from my niece to try to get gauge that will work for a baby doll. Adding 2 rows to collar. Did 9 eyelet increases and stopped.
12/5: Arms: Used magic loop method and worked in the round. Decreased on the 6th and 12 rows, then did 4 1/2 and 5 rows (messed up on one but didn’t care enough to fix it) and then did the cuffs. eyeballed the length for the body. Fits the baby doll pretty well, I could have made the front a bit wider (the back and arms are just right), but I think it’ll be okay when I get the buttons on. Made lots of mistakes, and didn’t fix them all, but overall it’s my favorite project so far. Such a great pattern and I learned a lot! Now on to some pants!
