I am modding this to a flute dress and it’s still in process (yardage is currently less than 3 skeins, I will update the total yards for the dress).

This is an AWESOME pattern! It fits LIKE A GLOVE ( a comfy glove) and is really fun and easy.

I highly recommend using Truboo. Soft, silky, glossy, it’s great. BUT it stretches like a MOFO so be sure to try on and give it a mini tug for length. Because of this I only knit 44 rows for the straps and I did not complete all body rows to accommodate the yarn’s stretch.

It’s been 3 years since I completed this project and I completely lost my notes for this project :( :( But basically I added hip increases to achieve 0-2 inches positive ease for my hip measurement (at the time) and then did rapid increases to achieve the ruffles at the bottom. Sorry for the lack of note taking, I’m going to get better about this!
