4.16.2011 CO 108 stitches. Making garment approx 4” longer. Just started, not even half way through 1st skein and have come across 4 knots. I’m very disappointed in this yarn. Generally I love the Hobby Lobby Brand but I wouldn’t recommend the Stripes one to anyone.
4.23.2011 Just joined the left sleeve and side together. It’s an easy knit but the larger size and the extra 4” on the length are making the project take longer.
4.25.2011 Half way! Made it through the second skein without a single knot in the yarn.
5.2.2011 3rd skein, no knots. Well into the right side sleeve.
5.4.2011 Almost there! Working on the right front side now will be done soon. Been taking it to work to work at lunch hour. Everyone seems to like it there too.
5.7.2011 Three weeks from beginning to end. I made it one size larger and 4” longer.I left off the button holes. I will use a shawl pin to close but most of the time I don’t fasten sweaters up. It fits great! I’m really happy with the final result.
