11.03.2015 Project started on 2 US7 32” circular needles for 2 at a time and first two rows completed. It’s my birthday, it’s been a long day and it’s bed time. Nite all!

11.12.2015 Almost there, taking a long time when you can only work on it an hour or two a night but they’re looking good. Only have to put the thumbs on.
11.13.2015 It’s a wonderful day. My 7th grandchild, a beautiful boy, was born today!
Project finished.
For thumb I used magic loop method. Picked up stitches so there were 8 on front needle and seven on back needle. To join yarn I made a slip knot and put it on the back needle to complete 8 stitches. Pull out back needle to start knitting. Rnd 1. K1 P1
Rnd 2 . Decrease by k1 p1 k2tg, p2tg, k1 p1, k1, p1, k2tg, p2tg, k1 p1 (12 st)
Rnd 3 - 8 . K1 p1
