My first attempt at two at a time. Magic Loop. Watched a video on youtube.com a couple of times until I felt comfortable, started and ripped because I twisted the stitches. I’ve started again and so far so good. Size 5 40” circ. (Should have used 47” but I don’t have one.)
2011.12.7 I love this! Two at a time is definitely the way to go. I have them off the circular now and tomorrow I will get the thumbs done with DPNs. This was a great way to do this project.
I used a yarn that was thicker than the Caron I used the first time and she has small hands so I made the small but I used the thumb gusset for the medium. They fit me great, they should be a good fit for her too.
