I changed the way to make the handles.
Ch 200 and sc in each st for 4 rows.
Fold in half and sew sides together.
Slip each end through rings and sew ends together to form a loop.
Ch 20 and sc in each st for 8 rows.
Fold over loop and sew sides together.
