So that I would be able to make two pairs of socks with this yarn, I made this pair short (after the heel gusset, I worked 15 rows). The cuff was 14 rows with Jeny’s stretchy cast off. I could have reduced the cuff diameter somewhat to make it tighter. With wearing, it seems to bag out slightly.
