I did size XS with slightly more stitches for the arms (40) and fewer on the front body.
I also added short rows to the top of the yoke before the lace pattern (4 before the first increase round starting 19 from the CB and moving 4 sts/row; then k1 row, increase round 1, k1 row; and 4 more rows, moving 6sts/row).
For the raglan increases, I used yarn over increases.
I made the sleeves a bit longer and they also stretched during blocking.
