I’ve been trying to make this hat but getting stuck on rows 6 and 8. I contacted Jared and he was nice enough to clear it up for me. Here is what he said:

‘On row 6 of the chart, the last stitch of Row 6 won’t be knit. Slip the marker BACK one stitch so that the last stitch off Row 6 is now the first stitch of Row 8.

On row 8, knit to the end of round, remove marker and work one more stitch (hence the first stitch of the next row is reclaimed as the last stitch of Row 8, evening out the chart again.’

I was working row 6 correctly, but not 8. I am on track and whipping through this pattern now! I can’t wait to be done and started on my next one
