So many false starts. Four days in a row, I knitted and had to tear out what I had by the end of the day. Finally, last night was the first night I went to bed with stitches still on the needle!! Also taught myself how to install a lifeline. More than 1/3 done - learning as I go!

Finished!

For this project, I learned how to double-knit, un-knitting, how to install a lifeline, that counting is not as easy as it seems, and that you shouldn’t get cocky and pull out your lifeline before you bind off, because I got all tangled up in the binding-off (how? I have no idea) and almost lost the whole thing.

I only used 27g of black and 25g of the grey for this square.
