This is the project that led me to the GAL blanket project via a Google Images search for d20 knitting patterns. I am so proud of myself for learning double-knitting in the first place, so I could figure out how to do non-reversible double-knitting, or XDK, to show the natural 20 on one side and the critical fail on the other side. Also figured out that I was in the reverse colour pattern of the person who designed the pattern, so I had to reverse the colours in her modification map. I also learned how to drop the ladders to fix a stray bar of colour, and how to fix dropped stitches with a crochet hook during this square. Very proud of myself for learning to throw a different pattern on each side!

It’s not perfect, and I can now tink almost as fast as I can knit thanks to this square, but I’m still impressed with myself that I pulled this off. Need to work on my counting skills!
