Notes

Applying what I learned in V1 to make one for Mark’s birthday. Yarn is SO MUCH better this time. Also, got it cast on correctly - and not twisted! - on the first try. Yay for learning!

Got this literally tangled between my feet and yanked such a gaping hole into it that I had to frog it and start over just as I was about to transition from the ribbing to the straight knitting. Now back on track, mostly. Sigh.

Finished! I had a lot of trouble adding the second ball of yarn for this, and also had to repair a bit where I seem to have tangled and dropped some stitches, so it was at risk of unravelling in the ribbing. Worked out okay in the end though, and done just in time for Mark’s birthday, with three days to spare!
