Here we have knitted two pairs of wrist warmers; one pair in navy blue and one in a gorgeous mottled green. We have used only 1 ball of the yarn ‘Tynn Alpakka’ from ‘Du Store Alpakka’ in Norway. It is 100% alpaca. They have a wide range of beautiful colors.

The wrist warmers are knitted in two variations of the same pattern; Ploughed Acre forms the rib of the cuff and Checkered Acre covers the hand. The patterns are essentially the same and are easy to knit. There are thumb gores in plain stockinet stitches but no fingers.
