64 st pair for me (32 g)

I don’t like how the heel on the 64 st sock fits me, so I’m going to frog it back to before the heel. I’m just waiting to see how much of the yarn I’ll use on Kerky’s second sock before I do so, since I may need to use a contrasting yarn to finish my pair.

Update: I only have about 44 g remaining after finishing Kerky’s pair, so I’m going to frog this one entirely and CO for a pair of shortie socks with a contrast heel.

I knit the first sock of this pair back in 2017; however, when I CO the second sock it seemed too wide and I’d misplaced the first sock while moving homes. As a result, I frogged that sock and knit a 56 st sock that was way too narrow for me AND clearly smaller than the first sock when I finally located it. As a result, I decided to knit a third sock with 56 sts and gift the pair to my DH for his 30th birthday. Once those are finished, I’m going to frog this 64 st sock and make a pair of 64 st shortie socks for me.
