Spinning Gulf Coast Native fleece in progress.

Concerned about the nekkedness of the wool, (it’s off season for dyeplants in my fields), I’ve been considering a blend of GCN (cream), GCNI (grey), and Alpaca (russet). I’ve spun 10 yards of 3 blends, A-GCNI/Alpaca, B-GCN/GCNI/Alpaca, and C-a barberpole - one strand of A and one of B. I like A colorwise, but I like the hand of B. The cream GCN is quite silky.
