I looked a lot of different patterns and decided to just go it on my own. I want to try it flat-I just don’t like working in the round for long periods of time if I have to use a magic loop or dpns. Plus, I wanted to work up my own chart.

Ok, stressed way too long over the planning of this. It turned out great! Now it needs a mate! :) So happy with this!! :) :) :)

Update: We are now mated. DD stole them right off the needles. I told her she MUST be my model though-that is what she owes me for snagging them. ;)

I’m now working out the pattern for working in the round-so it can be done two ways-flat or round. I prefer flat, but I know there are those that prefer in the round… I’ll be making the in the round pair burgandy. :) in a wool blend
