So I’ve started-not the yarn I would have chosen had I chosen-but I just wanted to use what I happened to have already on hand…It is a really neat little pattern. A lot to pay attention to but not complicated-quite fun actually.

Still plugging along…I’m trying to keep my gauge really super tight as I don’t have a lot of yarn and I was really hoping to stretch it…don’t think it is gonna happen. I’m getting sick of having to really pay attention to some of these rows-but omg the result is really awesome so I’m trying to keep my eye on the prize. I just got my yarn in the mail for the other project I am supposed to work on but I will not touch it until I finish this…and also that baby afghan I’m working on. ugh.

At this point I realize I will not have enough yarn…Soooo I considered just finishing with another color-but I NEVER like how that looks sooooo I am omitting one repeat of the pattern on the second to last chart and just jumping in on row 133 where the edge begins-meaning the last blubb is gonna be a bit longer…could be interesting….or crappy. we shall see haha!

So I also had to fudge the last few rows as well as I was really running out of yarn..I wound up four rows too short so I just started fudging up the k3tog and sk2ps to make it sort of come to apoint before it was supposed to…It’s blocking now…not too bad-when you consider I would have had to use a different color yarn if I were to finish it…
