Lovely free pattern which I’ve enjoyed knitting over a weekend. I’ve knitted it exactly as the pattern states and if it looks anything like Soile’s looks on her, I shall be happy! What a beautiful design with the birds and hearts - perhaps traditional Finnish motifs? not sure what Kotko means?

Anyway, I’ve used up a half ball of Drops Flora in a very dark grey shade, and for the MC, I’ve used some unidentified cream Shetland-type wool which I was given last year. It goes rather well with my Marius mitts actually…
