Knitted exactly as per the pattern; all casting off with a 6mm needle. I’ve enjoyed knitting this - good for travel/sitting by mother in the nursing home.

The Hebridean/Zwartbles is beautiful: soft yet sturdy, with a sprinkling of pale fibres against the peaty brown. And it smells wonderfully sheepy. A special little shawl which I will treasure.
