Christmas present/request by dear daughter, Amy… better get my skates on!

19.12: well, I got my skates on and my ankles are in fine fettle; but my wrists are absolutely protesting!

Mods: exactly as the pattern, but I’ve knitted the body to 14.5”, rather than 12”.

20.12: will add some modelled shots in a couple of days, but this is now going to be gift-wrapped! I’ve tried it on me and I love it so much, I’ve had to immediately order some more of this yarn for another. The Flora works very well for stranded knitting: the alpaca adds that bit of stickiness to the wool. The colour range is slightly limited (imo) but who’s complaining at £1.50 a ball!
