Very easy and quick knit. Made a few adjustments as written below. Biggest quam was the yarn was too thick for these needles so a bit difficult to work with.

Knit the smallest size and using the rib stitch pattern throughout

I did 2.5” for the collar

Once working in 3 sections for ears, I did 9 rows before connecting again

For closing the face at the top, it needs an odd number for the decreases afterwards, but to keep the k2p2 consistent I needed to add 10 instead of 9… meant when I finished the top of the hat with decreases, I had to adapt a few times.
