I couldn’t manage with the cast on for this pattern, searched and found other toe-up cast ons for magic loop and used one that worked for me. Now I’m back to the regularly scheduled pattern…..

After knitting the feet, I didn’t understand when or where to begin the heel. Got conflicting information from different people, and the socks went into the WIP drawer where they languished for a while. A long while.

Discovered the Fish Lips Kiss Heel, decided these socks were the perfect project to learn it, and it worked like a charm, love this heel.
