I followed the pattern here and here.

Started out chaining 32. Then working double crochets into the back loops to get the ribbing. Increasing 4 or 2 st per row, following the pattern, until row10.
And decreasing the same stitches in the last 10 rows. I did 45 rows in total for part A.

Still working on the rest of it.

UPDATE: I finally started cleaning out my yarn boxes, and I found this. I had put this aside a long time ago because I didn’t know how to do the lining. I finished it at last while wondering why I ever started this project. This bag is pretty but definitely not my style. I will never wear it. I guess I have a gift ready now for don’t know who yet.
