Knitting the size 34” for 4” of positive ease on my 30” full bust. However, 4” of positive ease for the bust means 9” of positive ease in the waist, which is just way too much. So I added some waist shaping by adding a second marker under the other underarm. I added a decrease round 3.5” under the underarm:

Dec Rnd: {k1, K2tog, k to 3 sts before m, ssk, k1}repeat (4 sts decreased)

I repeated the decrease round every 3 rounds, 4 times total.

In retrospect, I wish I had knit the smaller size. However, the fit is pretty good.

Knit for 10.5” before beginning the hem.

Omitted the tubular bind off and substituted a regular lifted bind off in ribbing pattern.

Picked up 3 out of 4 stitches around the arm holes.
