3/4 length sleeve, v-neck version. Size 1 is 34” - so 4” of positive ease on my 30” full bust.

I picked up 45 stitches instead of 42 for the sleeves. I likely could have gone up a needle size for the small circumference sleeves as gauge was a bit tighter there.
