Knitting size 32” for 2” of positive ease on my 30” full bust. I absolutely adore this sweater. The cables are stunning and the fit is just perfection. Flattering fit, yet comfy. What more could you want in a cozy winter cabled sweater!

The original design calls for a blown alpaca yarn to create a light airy fabric despite the thickness of the yarn and the cables. However, I’m allergic to alpaca so I opted for the blown cotton/merino of Cascade Cantata and the effect is perfection!

Modifications:

• Shortened the length of the body to 10” plus 3” of ribbing at the hem.
• I knit the sleeve until it measured 14” from underarm before beginning ribbing.
• I don’t like the tubular bind off so I used a regular lifted bind off in ribbing throughout.
