August 6 - Like this pattern a lot and have made some small test-projects (pillow, pot-holder), before starting this one. Started out, but didn`t like the result in the thick yarn!

The young lady have chosen the colors/yarn, so I had to come up with a solution. After beeing put away for a couple of weeks, I unraveled and gave it a fresh start today. This time knitted!
Using stick nr 8, setting up 172 (2 on each side always knitted right). I follow the pattern on the right side (4 straight, 2 together, 2 together, 4 straight, knit 2 in one, knit 2 in one), purl back. Looks good, so optimistically knits on.

After a period of no knitting, I took up the project a couple of weeks ago, and then I just had finished! Quick and easy, and I am very happy with the outcome :)
