Color Tracking on Flounce
Don’t Forget - change colors on top edge when possible

  • #21 - set up row, rows 1-9, 11 (15 gm left)
  • #25 - 10, 12, 14-33, 3, 5 (13 gm left)
  • #24 - 2, 4, 6-11, 13, 15 (17 gm left)
  • #23 - 12, 13, 16-33, 3, 5

Modifications

  • did one row of plain knit as a set up row for flounce
  • Doing a chain stitch selvedge on the top side of flounce. Following the pattern for the lower edge.
  • Doing German short rows on stocking stitch part, keeping wrap and turn on double garter ridges.

Difficulties

  • Had to rip out first attempt at row 17 as I did 24 sets of double seed stitch instead of 24 stitches. With the “knit to the end I didn’t realize I was short until I couldn’t do the first wrap and turn.
