Making another version of The Downbeat - this time a size 3 (for more ease) and double-stranding Knitting for Olive’s Heavy Merino and Soft Silk Mohair.

I was able to get pattern gauge on a US 8 needle.

Other pattern notes:

• No body shaping
• Made the underarm to hem length 11.5” (so in-between the cropped and standard length).
• I made the size 3 with gives me approx. 7-8” of positive ease at the bust and about 1” at the hips. So it’s roomy up on top but still accommodates my hips (which are over 6” wider than my bust).
• I used approx 850 yds of the heavy merino and 900 yds of the lace weight mohair.
