Made 2 gauge swatches. Guess I’m a tight knitter because the pattern calls for sz 6 needles and even the sz 7 is a little short. Too scared to go up to 8 (but maybe this yarn will shrink a little….?)(or maybe it will grow!)

Good thing I went and bought that extra ball…

Made it to the arm holes! Now the hard part… This is my first actual garment so I hope I have the fortitude.

I’m very proud to have gotten through two knitting-in-round projects now without creating those awful ladders where the needles split. I’m thinking it was the bamboo dpns I used before that contributed to my laddering in projects past. Or the fact that I did not bother blocking them. Anywho, onward!

On the last sleeve edging… 4 rows to go and I am going to run out of yarn! Haha. I did buy a 4th ball though so I’ll just have to deal with one more joining. Sigh.
