Notes

CO 64 stitches, worked top down with raglan increases, switched to modified feather and fan several rows after underarms. Simple crochet shell edging (4dc’s per shell) with a size E hook.

Now I just need to find a ribbon!

Notes: After seeing it worn, I think I would add a button (hidden under the bow) to keep it closed.
