Notes

Used provisional cast on to cast on body and sleeves and join. Will later knit body/sleeves downward.
Added 5 stitches to front for steek, and offset colorwork chart to have the ‘flowers’ either side the zipper, not split down the middle of a flower.

knitting collar as 2 pieces one size 6 needle - grey is knit up from body (reduced over ~6 rows to 74 sts), knitting purple lining separately and will sew on then continue in double knitting to make sure get good height and maybe bind off with icord bind off? not sure.
try chart 1b for sleeves, but not on body. use icord on zipper edges, a la these two:

Zipper 22 grams

installed zipper (3 tries to get it lined up!), sewed in grosgrain ribbon over the zipper. intending to insert afterthought pockets over the thanksgiving break.

Finished! Did pockets 26 sts wide, 5 rows 3x1 ribbing for outside edge of pocket, and for inside flap used blue stitch nation ysrn, which is skinnier than Berkshire, so increased over the first 10ish rows to 32 sts. Knit about 36 rows, sopocket is slightly belled. Not sure how it will work, as it might be adding to ribbing flip.
