Fun pattern and the yarn is a lot nicer than expected :)

Initially, I did not find the pattern as easy and straightforward as some; I struggled a bit with where to insert my hook at first but after a few trial-and-errors, I got the hang of it…part of my struggle was because I overlooked when to insert into the sc vs. chain spaces…
