7’s with Pacific for Quick Oats … perfection! Mods for quick oats: since I was making a small sweater (max 17” chest as opposed to the 19” chest on pattern) I cast on with smallest size. Divide for sleeves at 26 sts. Knit sleeves and body to 4”, then garter for 4 rows.

Used 7’s for all the hats and mitts.

Used 7’s for Kimes to get a little tighter.

cast on 40 for Kimes … separated at 26 sleeves and then added 4 sleeve stitches to body.

Cast on 48 for the hat. Cast on 18 for the mitts, then six ribbing, 9 SS, and then decrease next row, knit, dec, dec, done.
