The book and yarn were a gift from my mother-in-law, who requested that I bring a pair of 5mm needles to Christmas dinner so that I could start knitting this straight away!

Knitted with 2 strands held together. Uses about 70g yarn, depending on how long you make the loops. Can’t quite be done with one ball of yarn, unless you make all the loops closer to 20” than 25”.

(I’m hoping there’s enough left over for a pair of matching fingerless gloves.)
