knit 1 round (6st)
slip to other end of circular needle, continue as i-cord (6st)
kfb, k three times (9st)
knit 15 rows plain in i-cord
move to waste yarn
hook up loose ladder to form 10th stitch

middle finger:
same as ring/index, but knit 17 rows i-cord instead of 15

pinky: jmco 4, k 1 row, k 1 row i-cord. kfb across (8st)
knit 12 rows i-cord, hook up loose stitch (9st)

thumb: jmco 6, k 1 row, k 1 row i-cord. kfb, k1 across (9st)
knit 12 rows i-cord, hook up loose stitch (10st)

*left off the decrease rows after crossing stitches across hand to close finger gaps

*after joining pinky, knit 10 rows before joining thumb.
