Notes

2 strands fed separately through the color changer and used as one in the carriage. Mast Ten 2

Approximate gauge is 8.12 sts X 15.14 rows = 1 inch

Ten 5/5 DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE A LOOSER TENSION SETTING!!!!! If you want a wider fabric, get a bulky machine! The carriages are extremely hard to push and the stuttering of the carriage ‘causes the pattern to shift. The design shows neater at this tension as well.

Plain striped backing. Used the EC-1, #2 right light lit, double width and height. Jacquard setting.

PC Cams at 60L and 60R, N1 Cam even with left PC Cam.

Have one blank row before and after the motif. Set EC-1 to memorize this row for the plain areas above and below the motif.

10/5/16 Tried Ten 6/6 and got 27” wide by 52” long. I have no idea why there are extra white stitches, I used a clean brand new mylar to redraw the design.

Don’t think I’ll be doing DBJ anymore. I don’t like tiny, narrow projects and I don’t like the backing on semi-jacquard (aka Ladderback)
