Something is wrong with the pattern instructions. I have no idea what pattern 1 is all about. The pattern says after patt 1 and 5 repeats of patt 2 you should be at RC920. Wrong! 10 repeats of patt 2 is 920 rows!

First attempt must be frogged as I had the width indicator set at 0-42. I ended up with 2 plain sts running up the center of my diamonds. LOL

After frogging, restarting, and 1012 pattern rows later I have a looooong snake. :p Maybe I shouldn’t have done 11 pattern repeats????? This is very light, squishy, and fragile! I hope it shrinks in length and grows in width as it rests…. Really, was it so hard to make a gauge swatch first, dummy?!?!?! :p
