This was a very basic travel knitting project, started last year and finished just in time for the warm weather.
Excellent yarn for summer socks, stretchy but inelastic and a bit splitty, though.
Someone with thin ankles should CO on less stitches and increase afterwards (for a cuff-down construction).
Italian CO 56 stitches on 2 mm needles.
