Stitch counts

I’ve made two versions of this lovely blanket, but have made the same error twice; namely, miscounting stitches in section two, which throws off the stitch count in section three and means the mini blocks in section four won’t fit. That’s a LOT of unpicking to fix it. So I’m adding counts here.

Section 2

• Round 1 : 16 granny stripe clusters per side (from pattern)
• Round 2: 52 trebles on each side (3 x16 +4)
• Round 3: 56 double crochet each side (52+4)
• Round 4: 60 trebles each side (56 +4)

Section 3

• Round 1: 21 clusters each side (critically important)
• Round 2: 22 clusters
• Round 3: 23 clusters
• Round 4: 24 clusters
• Round 5: 25 clusters
• Round 6: 26 clusters
• Round 7: 27 clusters
• Round 8: 28 clusters
