This month’s Colorwork Block of the Month. Making 2 of this block, switching which color is which for each one. Did blue background first.

Block 1 finished 1/16/2013. I’m gonna try to make a slipstitch/knit border for the 2nd one so I have something a bit nicer to pick up the border stitches with. I don’t like how it looked on the first block. If it doesn’t work, I guess I’ll be frogging ;)

Block 2 finished 2/7/13. The slipstitch border is kinda fail, but I’m gonna let it be…no one will notice if the afghan anyway. Just means I need more practice picking up stitches from the edge of stockinette :)
