This is a beautiful pattern - why is no one knitting it?!? Well - that makes it perfect for the Forlorn Pattern KAL

I’m using a teeny ball of Shibui Knits sock yarn - I hope it’s enough to give me an inch or two on the cuff! I love this yarn, though, and the lavender color seems perfect for the pattern. (Update - had to buy another hank of Shibui - these are teensy - less than 200 yards or something silly like that)

There was some confusion around the heel flap (working back and forth, then around, then back and forth again?!? What? did I read that wrong??) that I eventually figured out, and one heel flap somehow ended up inside out?? Ah well - no one ill notice if I don’t point it out…

UPDATE: 6/29 - YAY! Finished with one day to spare. Washed and blocked, drying right now, and tomorrow they go to Jeanie’s house for gifting and photos. I love this pattern!
