She wanted a hat to match the scarf I knit her for Christmas. I hope I have enough yarn left…

Cast On

Knitting with DK yarn so I added 16 extra stitches (a pattern section) for a total of 96 stitches.

January 9, 2024

Knit until brim was ~1.5 inches. For the increases round, made 2 stitches to get the stitch count up to 98 which is divisible by 14.
