Update: I put this one down for a while, but I’m excited with the final result.

Notes about construction:

Gauge: 24 st/ 4 in, 36 rows/ 4 in
I wanted a tighter gauge just out of personal preference for final fabric.

Final dimensions:
Sleeve end to sleeve end: 32.5 inches across
Sleeve height: 9 inches
Length from shoulder to bottom: 22 inches
Body circumference: ~ 42 inches

As stated above, I did a provisional cast on to start the front left panel. To knit the matching side (right front), I picked up the live stitches from the cast on and purled the first row to the fake seam on the front (though it’s hard to see).

I also picked up stitches at the bottom and knit a ribbed band in the round to help with stockinette curling and drape the way that I wanted.
