Since this pattern has very little stretch, I ended up having to frog my first pair because they were knit too tightly. The yarn sat in my stash for years before I reused some of it in a Dreambird scarf (see my other patterns.) What remained was enough to remake the socks to actually fit this time, albeit at ankle instead of mid-calf length.
