Finished up the collar last night. Short rows confuse me, but the pattern is so well written that now I actually understand them.My plan is to use the light gray for the collar, yoke and cuffs with the body and sleeves in the darker gray.

Separated the sleeves and joined the gunmetal.

Finished up the waist decreases. This is knitting up pretty quickly.
