I made size L, 98 cm of bust circumference.

For top

I made a total of 22 motifs. So I started with 220 STS!

I made 29 rows before I split by the sleeves. I should actually have done a few less rows, but all in all, my dress looks retro, like the old 1950s style dresses.
After splitting from the sleeves, I worked 21 rows for the front and 23 rows for the back.

To make the dress, I used a 2.5 mm hook to have a compact effect, but for the waistband I used a 2.00 mm hook, so the effect is just that of a belt.

To make the skirt, right after the waistband, I increased 20 sts, so I did 2sc in one sc every 11 sts. So in total, I had 240 STS.

I didn’t make any further increases like ISS or Motifs repeats.

I worked 44 rounds for my skirt. Then I finished with a round of slst. I didn’t do the slit

The only change that was made with respect to the pattern: I didn’t make the msc round in my sleeve, I made a simple sc. That’s just because I hadn’t spun light anymore and I wouldn’t like to do it with a darker color.
