Needed a break from all the sweaters I’ve been working on. And needed a hat! So I’m making this one. Hopefully the color and cable pattern will be a good combo.

12/21: First completed project of winter vacation! Currently blocking. I probably should have gone down a needle size or two, like I normally do, as I knit loose and it’s a little tall, but I guess we’ll see if it grows even more after blocking.

12/22: Gained some length and circumference, so now it’s slouchy. Will post pics when I have the energy.

12/28: Finally got pics! It isn’t complete until you have pictures.
