I finished this warm + cozy throw blanket….in August. And I’m gonna use it….in August. My S.O. combats the heat + humidity by keeping the apartment like a fridge. I wonder if he would keep it so cold if he knew that it encouraged year round knitting? Just in case, shhhhh.

I changed just one thing about this pattern. Rather than 6 skeins of one color of Cirrus, I went with 2 skeins each of 3 colors of Cirrus. Who doesn’t love color blocking and jewel tones? And the Boboli has a great selection of colors to match to.

Also, I was looking for a ‘mindless’ pattern with some interest and this really did the trick. It can be easily picked up and put down, mid-row if necessary, with no repercussions :)
